Short description: Relaxing walk in Opočno that is known among others as the birthplace of world renown painter František Kupka. František Kupka´s birthplace house number is 6 and it is located in the Zámecká Street. The dominant and the main attraction in Opočno is undoubtedly the Renaissance chateau with summerhouse, an English park and preserve with fallow deer and mouflon. The eposition of the chateau includes a richly furnished interiors with valuable historical solitary pieces of furniture, a unique collection of paintings, European and Asian weapons, books and ethnographic objects from Africa and America.
