Starting point: Vrchlabí

Route: Vrchlabí - Strážné - Špindlerův Mlýn - Svatý Petr - Údolí Bílého Labe (valley) - Rovinka - Křížovky - Vrchlabí /51 km/

Short description:
If you set out from Vrchlabí to Špindlerův Mlýn in the bus for cyclists, you can shorten this trail. If, on the other hand, you are an enthusiastic cyclist, set out from Vrchlabí via Strážné to Špindlerův Mlýn on Bike Trail 1A. Then continue on Bike Trail No. 16 around the information center to Svatý Petr, around the cable car at Stoh, along the Dřevařská path (Dřevařská cesta) to the U Bílého Labe chalet, and continue on Bike Trail No. 16 (the blue hiking trail) back to Špindlerův Mlýn, where you can stop for refreshments. Then, continue to Bedřichov where you will take Bike Trail 1A (the red tourist trail); then take Bike Trail No. 12 through Třídomí to Rovinka; take Bike Trail No. 10A to Přední Žalý where you can climb the Žalý lookout tower and enjoy the beautiful view of the nearby Krkonoše mountain ridges and have a snack. From Žalý, go to Benecko (the red tourist trail), continue along the road to Křížovky, and go past the Kněžická chalupa chalet along Bike Trail No. 10 all the way to Vrchlabí.
