From Horní Mísečky to Vrbatova and Labská bouda (cabins)

This trail is quite challenging as the height difference is very big. It leads partly on a mountain road, the asphalt is on most surfaces. The trail is accessible for the elderly and people moving with sticks. It is passable for pushchairs and also for mechanical and electric wheelchairs. The car park operator at Horní Mísečky can give the permission to the physically disabled people to get to Vrbatova bouda (cabin) in the vehicle.

The length of the trail is 8,2 km one way, the height difference is 430 metres.

Starting point: Jilemnická bouda (cabin) at Horní Mísečky

Route: You go up to Vrbatova bouda (cabin) on Masarykova road. The destination is Labská bouda (cabin). The trail goes along with red, yellow and blue tourist marks.

Points of interest: Hlavní The main ridge of Krkonoše Mountains with arctic-alpine tundra, views of Krkonoše Mountains, monument of Hanča and Vrbata, premises of fortification from 1938.

Possible scenarios of the trail: From the crossing „U čtyř pánů“ on the yellow and green marked tourist trail to the spring of the river Elbe. Road leads down the hill for 2 km to Labská bouda (cabin) (gravel road with ground cash barriers, not well accessible for people in wheelchairs).
