Route for wheelchair bound from Špindlerův Mlýn to the Bílé Labe

Historically the first mountain path in the Krkonoše Mountains intended for the physically handicapped can be found in Špindlerův Mlýn. From U Dívčí lávky head out to the Bílé Labe Valley. Not far from the cabin Bouda U Bílého Labe ends the 2,5 km trail suitable for wheelchair bound. The route is relatively long and slowly ascending but it does not exceed 5 per mille. The surface is asphalt and allows relatively easy movement of electrical or classic wheelchairs. You can stop at U Svozu by the wooden information panels with descriptions of local facts or you can take a break at the refurbished rest stop. There is a children’s playground with slides, a sand pit and a public fireplace.

Route: The route is asphalted and leads along the blue signposted tourist trail and can be negotiated on foot, by wheelchair or bicycle. It ends at the cabin Bouda U Bílého Labe, where it continues on an unconsolidated surface - forest path.
