The sport fishing is organized by the Czech fishing association via its local organizations (MO). Over 200 fishing districts are available in the Hradec Králové Region, they include all running water in the region, flooded sand pits and chosen ponds. Districts are divided according to the type of water and available fish - trout and coarse fishing waters.

Detailed information, addresses and contacts of local organizations, including district maps, permit prices etc. are available at www.rybsvaz.cz. The East Bohemia regional association and chosen local organizations issue permits for foreigners with validity of 1 day, week, month or year. The permit is valid together with the passport and national fishing permit that can be bought at municipal authorities.
