Dachovy swimming baths and sun spa

The Dachov swimming baths with stylish wooden cabins, sandy beach and playing field were created in 1925 according to a project by a professor at the Hořice sculpture - stonemason’s school and traveller, ing. arch. Karel Bachura on the site of the former Dachov fishpond. The swimming baths are equipped with a 2 m diving platform, water chute and popular wooden island in the middle. The size of the water area is 8 000 m2, the maximum depth in the area around the diving platform is 3 m and there is a separate area around the edges specially intended for non-swimmers and a paddling pool for children.
