Route: Teplice nad Metují - Jiráskovy rocks /Bischofstein/ - Záboř - Liščí saddle - Dolní Adršpach - Horní Adršpach - Libná - Zdoňov - Bučnice –Teplice nad Metují /30 km/

Short description:
This hilly trail leads around the ruins of Skály Castle, into which Alois Jirásek set the story of one his novels, then passing the Adršpach rock town. Finish off your journey by taking a swim, for instance in the Teplice natural swimming pool.
